HELP! -Unable to get into Wii System Settings

If anyone can help out with this situation, I will be very grateful. I believe my wii is Semi-bricked or fully bricked. I was installing some wads for RockBand dlc's and after that I was unable to get into the Wii System Settings. I am able to browse in Opera and all of my normal channels work. I ran a syscheck and this is the result from my system:

I tried the guide above and was unable to bring back the wii settings menu. Below is another syscheck of my system, even though it says 4.3U, I was trying some other guides as well. I'm just hoping something shows up in this syscheck that points out what I need to fix. MauiFrog can you help out?

Syscheck looks ok for the most part. You have patched ios58 and hbc is running on ios61. You should install a clean ios58 and update the hbc to run on ios58. That has nothing to do with your issue.

Try to load bootmii and make a new nand backup. Then check the new nand.bin with giantpune's nand tools, nandbincheck.
    Code:
    nandbinecheck nand.bin -all -v
Post the output of nandbincheck here.
