    Download ohneswanzeneger, giantpune's nand.bin formater.
You have two choices, start new or try to save this nand.bin

To start with fresh new nand open your nand.bin with ohneswanzeneger, format the nand.bin. Then install a new system by typing 4.3u or e/j, whatever region you have. Let it install, then check the new nand.bin with nandbincheck to ensure no errors and restore.

To try to save the current nand.bin skip the format and just install 4.3, check with nand.bin check and restore with bootmii.

Make a backup copy of the nand.bin first.

    ohh. sounds like fun.
guess it wasn't so *mini* after all.

and there's no use for the nand b-u taken at the time of my softmod? checks out what appears to be pretty clean. or is that going further back than either of these options?

You can use that, assuming that your wii has not developed bad nand blocks in important places.

looks good, is this the sn of the wii SERNO=632011873? You want that to be your sn and not the default from the formater. Looks good, you can restore that nand.bin with bootmii, should give you a fresh clean working wii. You can edit the sn in setting.txt with the ohneswanzeneger if needed.

Yes you will be unmodded except for boot2 bootmii. So after you restore the new nand.bin load the hackmii bootmini.elf from sd: in the bootmi sd loader to reinstall hbc. Then do chapter 2 and 3 of the softmod guide.
