Wii bricked while using region changer.

Well i tried to change my wii region to ntsc-k. and of course not knowing that you need a ios for it. so i installed the ntsc-k wii without knowing this and then i bricked my wii. I had priiloader installed and i ran MMM and stupidly i installed the ntsc-u menu while i still had the ntsc-k region mod. so then priiloader got deleted and my wii got even more bricked. And now idk what to do. i tried running boot2 but i dont remeber if installed it or not. Ive tried alot of stuff the only thing i havnt tried is savemiifrii. im not sure what to do exactly with savemiifrii but if theres any other way to help unbrick my wii plz tell me i would greatly appreciate it.

    *edit*
This is how the screen looks like when i load up my wii:

You have a semi bricked wii with kor region settings and usa menu. Burn the kor autoboot of blind B.L.I.N.D. - The new way to fix bricks!
Do savemiifree and insert the disc. If your lucky it will load.

For it to load you must have dip patched system ios, which you may or may not have, or you need a mod chip. Also you need a dvd drive that can read burned backup disc.

Fix, you need to change your settings back to usa, or reinstall the kor menu.
    Ipsa scientia potestas est.

Warning: Piracy is NOT supported. Word your questions carefully.

    How do I know if i have a dip patched ios because im not sure if I installed them or not. I did some research and I heard that Dip patched ios are ios 9, 11, 20, 30, 36, 50, 60, 70, 80, 90 I remember installing 11, 20, 30, and 36 but im not sure about 9, 50, 60, 70, 80, and 90. If I have just 11, 20, 30, and 36 does this mean I have dip patched ios's? :P
