Was the wii region changed? If so, what was its original region? JAP? Or possibly did you delete ios? There are a few possibilities, so hard to say ATM.

I would start by ensuring that the block update feature of the chip is disabled, then put in a 4.xE disc with an update partition. Possibly missing ios, but doubtful.

Another possibility is that the language setting in sysconf does not match any supported language of your games. Say if your wii is set to JAP language, many pal games will not load because they do not have support for JAP.

Or it could just be an issue with your method of loading. I have no experience with loading via sd from RM. Why not use burned disc?

i l try them, but my wii is europe i ve seen its it's code at the back,it's leh1008 which is europe and no i hadn't changed my wii's region when it bricked,it was on europe.

Although i did sometime in the past i think emm many many years ago like 6 years ago(was 11 then),i was experimenting with the homebrew channel and i somehow made my wii jap but i quickly fixed it,that's all about i remember.About the dvd drive,it behave's really weird sometimes the drive works sometimes it doesn't,i first though it was becuase i had an sd card on my wii key fusion sd so it could disable the drive but i removed it and still didn't work,i managed to get it to work when i did savemifrii with the gc controller and when the 4.3 text poped i quickly removed it and that drive worked,i ve done that again sometimes it doesn't work(the method) but when i did make it to work i inserted my originial twilight princess and the text disappeared and was ready to be booted but as always the screen wen back(i inserted a original game first to see if the drive works)then i inserted the autoboot patched wad manager and the blind but they both didnt work.

The starfox pal didn't work, the screen went black as always after the 4.3text disappeared, the other one the smash small i don't know the password but i doubt it would work, i just know everything i d put into the wii it wont work i think it's something with the diag disc check, the mod chips are supposed to bypass it(disable it) but the wiikey fusion i think does not.

I figured how the drive works everytime, i just have to remove the sd card and do savemefrii otherwise either the sd card in on the slot or not from the health and safety screen the drive is dead i can't put or eject dvs.

It is really hard to say what your issue could be. It could be your drive, or your modchip. I am sorry, but I really don't know. Only way to know for sure is to swap drives and modchips. If I had to guess, I would say it is something with your drive. But I don't know, it could have been something to do with that random region change you did years ago, or just an issue with the chip and sd loading.

If I had your wii I would swap the drive and use a dvd only chip like a wasabi. If that still failed I would suspect an issue with your region settings, specifically the wiis language setting. But I do think you would have noticed if your region settings where messed up, so probably not that.

Best of luck, that is all I have.
