Low Level Brick Help!

So yesterday cousin dropped by our house
as usual he plays my wii
then he came across my arc rise fantasia disc [ofc pirated] and he inserted it
my cousin doesnt know how to use neogamma because i only taught him to use wiiflow since i use a portablehard drive
he uses the normal wii game starter and it asked if he wants to update the wii through the cd [idk this is what he said]
and he clicked yes or something letting it update
then about 30mins the update bar isnt moving
he's scared that i may see what he did so he unplugged the power and he inserted it again
but alas the wii turned on [yellow light and blue light flashes] the tv flashes like it used to but black screen
every plug is positioned correctly
wiimote cant detect the wii or start it using it
and the wii can be shut down by hard resetting it

my system menu maybe 4.1u i think
my wii is softmodded so no modchips or whtvr
