Need help - No audio/video, no Priiloader booting

In need of a bit of help. I installed a .wad with Wad Manager and an error appeared. I then uninstalled the .wad and exited to homebrew channel. Upon exiting to Homebrew Channel, my wiimote disconnected. I powered down the system, and now I have not audio/video out when I put it back on.

Wiimote will turn system on, but won't stay connected.
    No video/audio.
Holding reset and pressing power will not bring priiloader up.
    This is a softmodded wii.
I hear the disc drive making some noise when pressing power, but nothing happens with audio/video.

Any tips, or am I just screwed since I can't get to Priiloader for some reason?

Can you turn on your wii with the wiimote? Do you have a gamecube controller? If so you might try to see if you can get it in to recovery mode. SaveMiiFrii.

What wad was it? Were you messing with IOSes below 200?

Which wad did you install? I am guessing you installed a system menu wad or a system menu IOS wad. Is that correct?

    Thanks for the responses.

I do have a cube controller, and a Wiimote will still switch the sytem on.

The wad was just a backup of a VC .wad that must have been corrupted. I installed it with Wad Manager, got an error, then uninstalled it. After quitting Wad Manager into Hombrew Channel, my wiimote stopped responding, so I shut the Wii down. Turned it back on and no audio/video...

I tried booting the wii while holding all 4 directions on a GC controller in slot four. Nothing happened. I'm thinking this is a lost cause. Any comments?

Open that wad up in showmiiwads, it will tell you what the wad is. Unfortunately, whatever you uninstalled was not a vc wad.

I can think of four scenarios:
    1) You did not make that wad yourself and downloaded it from the internet (I am not saying you do not actually own it). The wad you downloaded was a malicious wad which bricked you.
    2) You did actually make that wad yourself, but accidentaly installed/uninstalled another wad.
    3) You did actually make that wad yourself, but did so in a wrong way.
    4) You did actually make what wad yourself, correctly, but due to bad luck it got corrupted while copying somewhere.

The ordering is not random by the way. They are ordered in decreasing likelihood.
