This guide is based on you having an upto date Mauifrog Softmod installed on your wii and fresh clean install of wiiflow. In this guide I will be showing you how to extract a nand from your .bin file which was created when you made a backup from bootmii and in turn using that nand to install your legal copies of Wiiware and Vitual Console etc and play them via Wiiflow.

I'm having a bit of a rant at the moment as there is so many having issues with disc loading, especially with some of the newer games coming out. Now I don't know about everywhere else but here in Liverpool a 500GB HD that is compatible with wii can be obtained brand new for a little under £60!
