Don't people know how to read or are they just retarded? (I just need to vent)

I have been part of the Wiihacks community for about four months now and I spend a fair amount of time surfing the forums at night. Though there are some pretty smart people online and good aspiriing newbies, I still get baffled by things some people do and can't help but think is this guy retarded?
Let me pick an easy example. THEMES, I think that everybody would agree that playing with themes can brick your wii if you don't know what you are doing and don't have the proper protection in place. Thats why we post warnings in big red letters saying "DON'T INSTALL THEMES UNLESS YOU HAVE BOOTMII/BOOT2 WITH A NAND BACKUP AND PRIILOADER!!!!" on every page of the theme threads and in every other forum and thats pretty much on every hacking site (Wadder, gbatemp etc.). Yet I regularly see posts saying "please help!! I brick my wii installing a theme and I don't know what to do." then you ask, "do you have bootmii/boot2 with a nand backup and priiloader" and you get an answer like,"whats priiloader and where do I put the nand" I"ll tell you where to put the nand, it goes in a box with the rest of your games and wiimotes, you tape it up and sell on ebay to someone with half a f""in brain!!! cause clearly you are to stupid to read all the warnings in big red letters and shouldn't be allow anywhere near a game consol.
I wish this would apply only to this particular example but I see it everywhere in everyday life. Take the airport for example, you buy your plane ticket while you are doing that there is a sign in your face with pictures, yes PICTURES! on it saying that you can't bring liquids, gels, aerosols etc. and there is a sign just like it every 30-40 feet from the ticket counter all the way to security. When you get to security, before you actually get in the lign up, you are usually greeted by a guard standing next to the same stupid sign with the same pictures asking you if you have any liquids gels or aerosols. You finally get through the line up and your next to go through the scanner but everything comes to s stop cause the idiot in front of you had a bottle of water, a tube of toothpaste, a bottle of shaving cream and f""in razor blades!!! OOOHH the stupidity!! No wonder those security guards have pee and vinegar in there veins. If I were them I would strip search the idiot , burn his cloths and send him on his merry way with "I was to stupid to read the sign with pictures on it" markered on his chest and back.
I could go on all night with example from wal-mart, the restaurent, the gas station but I don't think the letters s, t, u, p, i, and d on my key board could take the abuse.
