Here is a program i made to test themes without having to put them on a sd card and on your wii.
Without this program i had to test each theme by loading it up on the wii but not any more now i just make and test the hole theme right on pc.
How to use: Just download and extract on your desktop(if its not on the desktop it wont run)
Inside the HBC folder you will find a folder named theme.In this folder is where you put the theme pictures i have included a full theme(Red_Rage made by me)
so you can just edit this theme then load it.
Note: please comment on the program as i have started a second release and the comments will be used as a guide for features in the this one.
