Argon2 problems

I received Argon2 and put it to D2B cut pin drive.
It does not work. Drive dead with Argon2.
D2C drive works fine with it but when I put PAL disk, it keeps trying to console update even I enable the update blocker feature. I have NTSC console.

I would imagine if it is a cut pin drive and you are using a Wii-Clip it won't function due to the pins being cut and the clip not being able to make contact. This is what I would surmise anyway.
