If I can only pick one I will say Yu Yu hakusho however, Code Geass One Piece and Clannad are up there.
I really enjoyed Serial Experiments Lain and Evangelion.
Fullmetal Alchemist rocks them all.
I agree, I've never seen the anime, but I've watched 30 episodes in 3 days ^_^
The story is great, along with the animations, especially the expressions.
I would recommend you to watch till the end (they are 52 episodes), and then, the movie, Conqueror of Shambala I think.
That's cause the series is being redone, I don't know if it will take the same destiny as the manga but that would be great, I've just seen 2 eps of the new series and theres so many diferences... but Good ones! Much more expressions, much more storytelling, much greater way of storytelling... Very nice indeed.

normally when I'm at home during the summer time I'm not doing anything so instead I would either play socom FTB2 or watch anime before I got my Wii. So i would stay up all night and just watch anime. I've finished series in one day about 9 hours of watching an anime strait if it's a 27 episode anime. Well I used to OD when it came to anime LoL. But when I find something i like i tend to watch as much as I can as soon as I can.
