they usually are scams. They usually have you go through answer a whole bunch of surveys, then have you sign up for silver, gold, and platinum offers. and you have to do 3 silver, 3 gold, and 2 platinum. The silver and gold cost you around 20 bucks or so if you cancel at the right time, not to soon or to late. and the platinum could cost you 50 - 100 bucks including the chance of having to have someone come out and install DISH satillite system on your house..... lol
Then you might have to refer 5 people to do the exact same. Which is almost impossible. Always read the TERMS OF SERVICE and all of that. it will tell you how long you have to maintain the offers and all that good referral stuff. If you still want to do it.. then go for it But I would recommend just waiting to go spend the money yourself. its better.
