I'm trying to run several scrubbed games from pal region

Need for speed underground / black screen
professor heinz wolff's gravity/ black screen
nhl 2k9 / disc read error after getting to the input name screen /ntsc
Kawasaki jet ski/ disc read error
safe cracker/ wont even show up in the menu

I burned all the discs 4x on taiyo yuden

games that do work
monopoly
starwars clone wars
kawasaki quad bikes
crazy golf
cocoto cart
most of the games are pal but........I thought the wiikey2 was bulletproof. Why are only half my games working? and Please what is the fix.
