It really sounds to me like you've got the iso there already, because when I try and open my iso files with winrar, It tells me they are damaged.

have you got IMGburn installed? If not, Install that, Open it, browser for a file (near the top left) open the file that is saying its corrupt, and try and burn it.

My money is on that its the iso file.
