ok i think i have the way hopefully but one more question before i buy the memory card (scandisc) is 2 gig really enough or is that all the wii supports

I have done this with my psp and i am using a 4 gig card but on the wii tutorial it says 2 gig

2 GB Sandisk seems to provide almost 100% compatibility with all apps, including bootmii.

Depends on whether we are talking disc based games, scrubbed games or Wiiware/VC.

2GB is fine for most needs, it will store loads of Wiiware/VC, apps and stuff.

If you wish to use SD for storage of WBFS'd games then you'll need one just for that (8-32GB) really as you'll find they don't work with everything else homebew wise. Still more sense to buy a USB HDD though.

aint i thick lol you backup the games to disc then just use the memory card to access them
is this correct

i was thinking you played the games off the memory card like the psp doh

You can use disc or USB Hard disk to load your games.

couple more questions before i go for this
will original wii games still play as normal
and is it complicated to get backups to play

one last question can you play games online after and can you not if you want to (I mean what is the restriction if any)
