@wiiminator, try using WUM to see what it says, and it still has update use Wum to patch it. Normally it would not say that there is "No Update" and also show an update, so something is not right.
@streetlegalboi, Use AnyRegion changer to upgrade to 3.2 if you have hmoebrew already installed, otherwise use a game which MUST BE SAME REGION AS YUOR WII to update from game, e.g Super Mario Galaxy, Mario KArt, SSBB
