Some other info i found in my research.....hope it helps.

"This update makes it impossible to install WADs and modify IOS/Downgrade/Region Change.

Basically this is to keep people from playing with WADs.

If you already have the HBC installed then it will keep working fine and you can not install WADs unless you have the cIOS installed also Trucha signed discs will not load with any IOS version

also it is not 3.4 it is still 3.3 it is only a minor update and the number stays the same."

also you cannot install the HBC with the new update.

Cannot verify any of this....just info as it's being sent to me.
