That does work on NTSC Wiis.
In fact, people report that the region-free setting for wii/gamecube discs works
better on NTSC Wiis than on PAL.
& all the people that are complaining about it not always working for Virtual Console games need to download Freethewads and just make the channels region-free themselves. It's a lot easier than having to run an application that boots your Wii up in a seperate mode every time you want to play them anyway. lmao
