For Newsservers, you need a Newsreader, a couple of free ones are Alt-Binz -> [Only Registered Users Can See Links. Click Here To Register] and Grabit -> [Only Registered Users Can See Links. Click Here To Register]

You will need to subscribe to a Newserver service or use your free trial

Setup the Server connection in the newsreader based on the server information provided by the NewsServerr service

Then use one of many NZB search sites such as
