Hi, noob here.

I just got a wii on July 8th. The serial is higher than I've seen so far anywhere online. I'm just wondering if anyone has had luck in modding a wii with a serial number somewhat close to mine.

My serial is begins with LU5815.

My guess would be to go with the D2Cpro chip. Any positive stories or recommendations before I purchase a modchip?

Also, if I were to open this thing up, does anyone have any useful links on what to look for in newer models to be absolutely sure whether or not I have the D2C2?
