Ok.. that doesn't make any sense to me.. Your first sentence about a file not "compress to an ISO" suggests you think all the ISOs out there are 4.37GB. While this is true for most Wii games which are on single-layer disks, it is not true for SSBB which is the first dual/double layer disk game to be released for Wii. I downloaded the same file; it is still an ISO file even though the size is the 7.84GB quoted by grima.
However, when you say in your second sentence to "get a dual layer dvd" (obviously you didn't read my previous post as to why you would/wouldn't want to do this), you show that you already knew the game would need a larger capacity disk..
Oh and two other things to grima; firstly don't follow jebise101's advice of burning at 1x, it can make things worse since the disk will probably be designed to be burnt at higher speeds. Secondly, the layer break is at 2084960.
