I recently had my year old wii modded by a local modder. He said he put a Yaosm chip in it.

he recommended I use imgburn and verbatim +r disks at 2.4X

While most burned ISO's work, some are not.

Here's what I'm seeing: I load the disc. The game appears on the wii menu. I clock on the game. If there's animation and sound, that part does play. I then hit start to load the game. The screen goes black, and I can hear the disc spin. Then nothing. In games that work, at this point, I would usually see the screen to tell you to hold the wii remote correctly, or plug in a nunchuk. The games that dont work just stay black and nothing happens.

I have 64 working games. 28 not working.

I decided that I'd ask the experts here as the modder doesnt know why it's not working on certain games.
