I downloaded a backup of SSBB from nTorrents. The torrent file was called:

Super_Smash_Bros_Brawl_PAL_Wii-WiiERD

The disc size is 7.84gig. I wanted to know the correct way to burn this onto a dvd-5 using wii scrubber, patches etc. I have seen people do this on forums but am slightly confused as the correct way to do this because I have seen so many methods. If anyone could explain how to do this, or point me in the direction of a guide to do this, I would be most appreciative.
