i was reading the site and some people said that the wasabi customer support is really bad (for example they brought out the new chip without providing a update for the first one). is this a major issue I should consider?
The number one reason why we dont carry the wasabi 2 is because of their lack of communication and support. We will be carrying a small amount as its popular in europe and we have some buyers there. We were distributors for the product but dropped it after terrible support. With the d2pro9 the issues are not there if you have a correct clk length or use a clip for that matter. We've done several hundred using the d2pro9 with zero issues.
It also seems like some places just got bad batches unluckily.

Well the unfortunate thing is you can't roll back. If I can get one of the said eject issue drives I can send it in to the d2pro team to analyze and theyll release the solution farily quick, as their support has been very good.

Lastly we got some wiizards in for testing, they are good but still just beta crap, so will do a proper review once the final arrives to us. We got the wiizard through another installer whom works with us from time to time that got some samples in.
