read their shipping policy before complaining please
Shipping:
Shipping Methods: We ship via Canada Post Parcel Service with Tracking.
Shipping Destinations: We ship to Canada & US only.
Shipping Times: Depending on volume processing time takes an average of 1-3 days, Shipping can take 1-10 days depending on location or unforseen delays. These are approximations only, your actual times may vary. On average most our Canadian customers receive their orders 3-5 days from the time they order.
Canadian Postal services operate Mon-Fri only.
did you see anywhere that they would confirm your order prior to shipping?...or did they say you were their only customer to deal with.
normally you will receive a tracking number (if applies) when order is shipped
actually depends when you ordered it on thursday
a few biz days for ..processing.....and that doesn't include the weekends
so maybe processed monday or tuesday...
you are in a que....there are others ahead of you and other emails ahead of you....
did you try their on-line chat?
did you pm spyman?
so give it some time...and wait
