I'm supposed to burn a file wk2UsaV1.2.tar.bz2.tar.out a dvd, ImgBurn which is widely used to burn wii backups, doesn't recognize the file. Windows doesn't associate .out with anything. How do I burn the config disk? It seems like no one else had this problem...
