I had been doing some reading on Google and read that Taiyo Yuden were the best blank DVDs on the market, so I had bought a stack of 10. Well, needless to say, after trying to burn The Conduit ISO, the burns keep failing miserably. Only one copy managed to get as far as the menu screen. The rest don't even load in the disc channel.

My Wii has the most recent softmii applications too.

Well, I'm down to my last Taiyo Yuden DVD-R so I bought some imation brand DVD-Rs from my college book store to try as well.

Still, I'd like to know just what brand is most commonly used for burning for the Wii with the most success rates, because if Taiyo Yudens didn't work, I'm curious to see what does.
