1. Try downloading one of this sites attached .rar files and see if they will open and extract;
2. If they do than it is not a .rar or winrar problem, and could just be that you are downloading corrupted archives;
3. People purposely upload corrupted and virus/trojan infected files to try and stop p2p and similar sites.
